After hand-picking the grapes, the wine is matured in oak casts for 18 to 22 months.

 

 

This vintage has a ruby colour and can be supple or robust depending on the wine. The aromatic range is varied, with flavours of red fruits and blackberries.

The Domaine Serveau wines regulary win awards at wine tasting such as the "Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin" at the Chatêau Clos de Vougeot.
